Hyatt Mamoun

Hyatt Mamoun is an award-winning documentary filmmaker that is Directing, Producing and Editing “Bahamian Queen”. With previous works such as “Fate of the Mustang” and “The Strand” , she has a passion for conservation through education.  Currently completing her MFA in Wildlife and Environmental filmmaking at The American University in Washington, DC, Hyatt is perfecting her craft. Through this film, she plans on initiating the conversation about the future of the Queen Conch, and it's influence on Bahamian culture, and in turn, saving the species.

Kathleen Gaeta

Kathleen Gaeta is an independent documentary filmmaker currently finishing her MFA at The American University. She has a background in journalism and targets her films towards people who are passionately for, apathetic about, or vehemently against an issue.  Recently, she has completed directing and producing her film, Small Wrists. Kathleen is the Field Producer and Production Coordinator on our team.

Grace Eggleston

Grace Eggleston is a photographer, filmmaker, and conservationist from Michigan that is a camerawoman on our team. She is currently studying Environmental and Wildlife Filmmaking in Washington D.C., and is inspired by artists, scientists, and storytellers from around the world who get up close and personal with their subjects. In her free time, Grace enjoys to travel, stare at maps, say hi to dogs on the street, and embark on adventures involving water and boats! 

 

Nick Tucker

Nick Tucker is a filmmaker, photographer, conservationist and critter fanatic, along with being a cameraman on our team. Also completing his MFA at American University, Nick helps run the university’s Environmental Comedy night!

 

Beth Ebisch

Beth Ebisch is a filmmaker and conservationist with a background in environmental science. Growing up in Golden, Colorado, spending time in the outdoors, skiing, hiking, backpacking and climbing; has always been a priority. This time spent outside created a deep connection and love of the environment.  She is passionate about studying and sharing the stories of environmental issues around the world, and locally in hopes of starting conversations and inspiring action. Beth is running location sound for our film, in addition to helping do some underwater cinematography.
