You can make a difference.

Conch is a delicacy that holds an important place in the hearts of people living in the Caribbean and in the variety of cuisines in the area. In order to keep this beautiful (and well…tasty!) creature here for generations, we must make sure our conch is responsibly sourced.

Conch matures quite slowly, and is a keystone species for a vast amount of marine species. Make sure you purchase conch that has a lip thickness of at least 15mm. This way, although there is no formal way to age a conch, we can be comfortable harvesting this conch knowing that it’s been around long enough to reproduce and keep the population going.
